3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on 777JL. 3.5 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on 777JL. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 777JL reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balances held therein.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 777JL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must ensure that all information held on your Account is accurate and up to date at all times. You must promptly notify 777JL of any changes to your personal information, including your registered email address, phone number, or payment method details.
4.3 Account Suspension and Closure. 777JL reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
4.4 Voluntary Closure. Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting 777JL support. Any verified Balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements and deduction of any outstanding obligations.
4.5 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as inactive. 777JL reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to inactive Accounts in accordance with its then-current fee schedule, as published on the Platform. Players will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 777JL accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All payment methods must be registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 777JL is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated to Players through the Platform.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed as promptly as possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are subject to standard interbank processing times. 777JL does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes and will not be liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking institutions.
5.4 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:
5.5 Currency. All transactions on 777JL are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). 777JL does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred by a Player are the sole responsibility of that Player.
Note on Funds: Funds deposited into your 777JL Account are held for gaming purposes only. 777JL does not pay interest on Account Balances. Deposited funds are not insured by any government deposit insurance scheme.
6.1 General. 777JL may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free plays, and other incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements unless otherwise stated. Wagering requirements specify the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. 777JL reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any Bonus Funds where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period specified in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.

7.3 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, 777JL reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant Players' Accounts. 777JL will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.4 Minimum and Maximum Wagers. Minimum and maximum Wager limits apply to all games on 777JL. These limits are displayed within each game and are subject to change. 777JL reserves the right to impose individual Player wagering limits at its discretion.
7.5 Disputed Results. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the records maintained by 777JL's gaming systems shall be the definitive reference. Players may submit disputes through the Platform's support channels within seven (7) days of the relevant game session.

10.2 Limited Licence. 777JL grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
10.3 Restrictions. You must not use any 777JL trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent from 777JL. Unauthorised use of 777JL's intellectual property may result in legal action.
11.1 Platform Availability. 777JL endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 777JL's reasonable control.
11.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 777JL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity.
11.3 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, 777JL's total liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 No Warranty. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777JL makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or reliability beyond those required by Applicable Law.
777JL collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
777JL implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, or loss. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and 777JL cannot warrant the absolute security of information transmitted to or from the Platform.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and the rules and regulations of any other relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 777JL Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
13.3 Regulatory Complaints. Players who believe that 777JL has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may submit a complaint to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official complaint channels.
